Scope

For privacy practices on the main Bald Guy On A Bike website (games, ads, and broader analytics), see the site-wide privacy policy at baldguyonabike.com. The two policies complement each other; this one is specific to the portfolio subdomain.

What This Portal Collects

Browsing the portal and demos: The showcase projects are static front-end experiences. They do not ask you to create an account on this portal, and they are not designed to collect personal information as part of normal browsing.

Server logs: Like most websites, the hosting server may record standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) in access logs for security and troubleshooting. I do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

Payload QR Studio

Payload QR Studio lets you enter content (contacts, URLs, text, and more) to produce a downloadable QR image. When you generate a code:

  • Form data is sent to the server only to build the QR payload and PNG for that request.
  • The image is returned to your browser for preview and download; I do not store submitted content in a database.
  • Optional logo uploads are processed in memory or temporary files and are not kept after the request finishes.
  • Treat downloaded QR files like any business card you share — only include information you are comfortable making public.

Tip: Do not encode sensitive information you would not share publicly (for example Wi‑Fi passwords or private notes). Anyone who scans the code can read what it contains.

Third-Party Services

This portal may load:

  • Google Fonts for typography (subject to Google’s policies when fonts are requested from their CDN).
  • External links to baldguyonabike.com and individual demo sites, each governed by their own context once you leave this portal.

Individual demo projects may reference placeholder services or simulated APIs; those are part of the concept UI and do not connect to real customer backends unless noted in the demo itself.

Cookies

The portfolio hub and static demos do not set first-party cookies for tracking. Third-party font requests may involve cookies or similar technologies on Google’s side. Demo apps may use localStorage or session storage for UI state (for example, cart or login simulations) entirely in your browser.

Children

This portfolio is a professional showcase, not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this portal.

Changes

I may update this policy as tools or hosting change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect revisions.
